A mission with a greener purpose
Green tech evolves quickly to solve pressing environmental problems, but legislating is notoriously slow, burdened by lengthy debates, bureaucratic inertia, and the need for consensus. Addressing the gap between technological progress and policy responses is crucial to leverage green tech to its fullest potential.
Our mission is to help foster an environment where public policy evolves in tandem with innovation, accelerating the transition to a sustainable future and ensuring that all communities, especially underserved ones, benefit from the latest environmental advancements.
Who we are
The Eco Community Alliance is a public advocacy and awareness-building organization dedicated to advancing the adoption of green technology in underserved communities. We raise awareness and promote dialogue in these communities so that they have a say in how best to tackle environmental challenges through technology.
We bring together leading experts on environmental technology—how it’s developed, how it’s implemented, and how it can benefit us—from across California and from prominent universities and technology organizations across the U.S.
